Campus Dining Services - Table Tent Policy
Table Tent Criteria
All table tents must be approved by Campus Dining Services. Please bring a sample table tent to our office in the John Green Building at 600 W. Gregory St.
Make your request early, a limit of five table tents will be approved each week.
- Table tents should be no larger than 4 ¼" X 11" unfolded (4 1/4 " X 5 ½" folded).
- Table tents must be on recycled paper. This paper cannot be of a porous type or a color that will bleed on the tables when wet.
- Campus Dining Services must obtain an actually table tent. It must be printed on card stock or heavier paper.
- Table tents must have the recycle symbol and/or the words "Printed on Recycled Paper".
- For all events, the table tent must contain the following statement: "If you need a special accommodation to fully participate in this program/event, please contact (name and host department) at (phone number). Please allow sufficient time to arrange the accommodation.
- The group represented will be responsible for setting up the table tents when the dining centers are open. Table tents will be removed after the dinner meal each Saturday or when they become dirty and/or torn.
- Table tents in the Residential Dining Centers are for the purpose of approved Departments and Registered Student Organizations. Table tents must be of iinterest to all segments of the student body.
- You will need at total of 328 table tents: Watterson - 175, Southside - 77, Linkins - 76.
- Table tents are not for the purpose of advertising for any external [non-university] companies, products, etc...
- Table tents are not to be used for political campaigning.
- If the above criteria are not adhered to, the dining center administrators can and will refuse to allow the table tents to be displayed.
- The person signing represents the organization and is responsible for following the above criteria.
