The Business Bistro in the College of Business

Regular Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

The Business Bistro will be closed over Thanksgiving Break and Winter Break.

Features

The Business Bistro offers a variety food and beverage options, including coffees, sodas, chips and snacks.

We also offer Made-to-Order Sandwiches, from 11 a.m. until close, with your choice of:

• nine grain, sourdough or marble rye bread
• smoked turkey, roast beef or ham
• american, cheddar or provolone cheese
• lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and/or green peppers
• red pepper basil sauce, ancho chipotle sauce, mayonnaise, mustard and/or giardiniera

The Business Bistro is located on the lower level of the College of Business Building, which is located at the south end of the quad and across the street from South Campus.
