A computerized diet analysis is available by contacting our registered dietitian. Simply record everything you eat and drink for two to three days. Be as detailed as possible, including portion sizes, brand names, and preparation methods. Send this information to dfeasl@ilstu.edu. Our dietitian will contact you to set up an appointment to review the analysis.
