Cancellation Policy

If you find that you must withdraw from the University and therefore must cancel your meal plan, your student account will be credited according to chart below. Your credit will be determined by using the later of the following dates; the date on which you withdraw from the University or the last day on which your meal plan was used.

  • Only Students who withdraw from University are eligible for refunds. 
  • Flex Dollars will not be refunded after meal plan dollars are loaded onto your Redbird ID Card (Fall term: 8/13/08; Spring term: 1/7/09)
