Campus Dining, in collaboration with the Bone Student Center, is excited to announce the addition of an Einstein Bros. Bagels. The new restaurant will be located in the space where The Cage II currently operates, and the anticipated opening date for the new venue is late spring of 2010. The Cage II will remain open until construction begins; however, we are still in the process of hiring architects for the project so no firm timeline is known at this time. Campus Dining Services is the recipient of the 2008 Environmental Stewardship Award for its work in “greening” campus dining operations. The award, presented by Illinois State’s Green Team to recognize environmental stewardship on campus and in the surrounding community, includes $500 to advance environmental efforts.
